How do I become a patient of Generation Wellness?
You may call the office 806-670-9738 to schedule your initial visit.
What should I expect for the initial visit?
Your first visit will be a comprehensive metabolic and hormone lab panel in our office. Your next visit will be a one-hour confidential consultation to review your lab results, symptoms and treatment plan. Follow up labs and appointments will be determined per visit.
Do you treat men?
Yes.
Am I able to have my labs drawn at another lab?
Yes, you may use Clinical Pathology Lab (CPL), LabCorp or Quest. Generation Wellness prefers CPL. https://www.cpllabs.com/locations/ Please speak with us for further details.
Do you prescribe hormone therapy?
A discussion surrounding hormone therapy, your candidacy for it, and how it could benefit you is always part of the conversation.
Do you accept insurance?
We are a self paid practice. To provide each patient with the time and attention necessary to treat in an integrative manner, we cannot accept insurance. We do accept Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account payments. We will provide a superbill receipt of your visit that you may be able to submit to your insurance carrier.
Do you provide financial assistance?

Where are you located?
1901 Medi Park Dr, Suite 1068, Amarillo, TX 79109
We are located at the corner of Amarillo Blvd & Port Lane in the medical center area. Look for the letter D on the building and enter through Door 8.
Do you provide virtual or telehealth appointments?
Virtual appointments are available.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your appointment time is reserved for you personally, if you need to cancel your appointment, we request that you do so at least two business days before the scheduled appointment. There is no cost to reschedule when doing so at least two business days in advance. Late cancellations or no shows will be charged $75.
Do you perform Well Woman exams?
We do not perform traditional OB/GYN well-woman examinations.
Would you be my Primary Care Physician?
We would not be your primary care physician.
