Jennifer Soto

Jennifer Soto is a dedicated and compassionate board-certified family nurse practitioner with over 20 years of experience in patient care. She combines her clinical expertise with a holistic approach to help individuals navigate the complexities of aging, focusing on hormone management, sexual health, weight loss, and preventive care. Jennifer is committed to improving the lives of her patients through health and wellness practices and personalized treatment plans.

Jennifer’s passion stems from her personal experiences and professional dedication. A lifelong runner and three-time Boston Marathon qualifier, she believes in the transformative power of staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Her love for running is a reflection of her dedication to promoting physical and mental well-being, both in her life and for her patients.

Jennifer’s journey in healthcare was profoundly influenced by her father’s passing from a heart attack caused by complications from diabetes. This loss deepened her commitment to preventive care and education, particularly in preventing conditions like diabetes and heart disease. She carries this personal motivation into her practice, working tirelessly to empower her patients with the knowledge and tools to live healthier lives.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has demonstrated exceptional leadership and community engagement. She has been recognized as Oncology Nurse of the Year by the Panhandle Oncology Nurse Society and has volunteered extensively with organizations like the Amarillo Area Breast Health Coalition and the Panhandle Cancer Cure Foundation. Her efforts extend beyond the clinic, as she founded the Dudes N Divas breast cancer support group to provide a space for patients to share experiences and connect.

Jennifer is a proud graduate of West Texas A&M University, earning both her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing. Her certifications include advanced neurotoxin training and an intensive course in genetic cancer risk assessment. She is also an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and holds numerous accolades for her contributions to nursing and patient care. Additionally, she is a member of ISSWSH -International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health, American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine, and The Menopause Society.

Jennifer is married to George Soto. They share a beautiful, blended family including 4 children and 4 grandchildren. She treasures time with her family, finding balance and joy in their shared moments. She learned the value of life and death while caring for cancer patients which helps her to motivate others to live their best. This passion for her family fuels her passion for Generation Wellness. She wholeheartedly believes that learning from each generation will help future generations. Her journey reflects a deep commitment to making a meaningful difference in her community and in the lives of those she serves.
